Removal Instructions

With a sharp utility knife cut the rubber gasket located between the antenna and vehicle surface. Remove the gasket to reveal the adhesive between the antenna and vehicle surface.
Utilizing 3M General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner (Part # 051135-08984) apply on the adhesive between the antenna and vehicle surface. Allow to soak for 5 minutes.
Utilizing a non-metallic device (to prevent scratching of vehicle surface) separate the antenna from the vehicle surface. A piece of taut monofilament fishing line could be used to cut through the adhesive pad. Be careful of the coaxial cables in the center of the antenna.
Once the antenna is removed, clean the vehicle surface of residual adhesive and install the antenna utilizing the appropriate replacement remount kit and follow the installation instructions.
