Installation Instructions: Thread Bolt Mount
To obtain peak performance and longest product life of the Millennium Antennas from Antenna Plus, the mounting surface should be free of any oil or contaminants and of obstructing metal objects near the antenna. The mounting surface should be at room temperature or a minimum of 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Make a 3/4” hole in vehicle where center of antenna will be located.
- Pass connectors through hole.
- Pull cable until threaded end appears in hole.
- Install nut to threaded lug.
- Tighten nut two turns after contact to inside surface.
- Make sure gasket is seated so water and dirt can not enter under the antenna. If gasket is not seated, continue tightening nut until a seal is formed.
