Installing AP-Navigator Drivers for WIN7

Disconnect all USB Devices from the computer. (Including the AP-Navigator)

Download the Drivers -

  • Click AP Navigator Drivers on the Driver Downloads page here.

Extract the AP_Driver_v6.1_Signed.zip to the desktop.

  • Right click the zip and select "Extract All…"
  • Select the Desktop in the "Select a destination" window and click OK
  • Click Extract

Find the folder (APG_Driver_v6.1) on the Desktop and Open it

Double click on Navigator_VCPInstaller_v6.1

  • A warning will appear, click RUN
  • Click Install.

The program will scan for previous installs and older versions.

  • It will pop-up a completion window if, no previous drivers were found and the install is successful. Press OK.

IF, previous versions exist you will get a prompt that you must uninstall first. To do so, please follow the instructions below.

Uninstalling AP-Navigator Drivers on WIN7

Click Start > Click Control Panel > Click Programs > Click Programs and Features

Find and right click Antenna Plus GPS Bridge Controller v#.#

  • Select Uninstall/Change
  • Click Uninstall
  • Click Restart Now

Now that you have uninstalled the old drivers please follow the instructions at the top of the page.
